underneath a weighted snatch
Most looking forward to about Regionals: having fun and
working with my team

How long have you been doing crossfit?: about two years
Favourite thing about CrossFit?: I love that you’re always
pushed out of your comfort zone to try things you never thought possible
Favourite thing about 2600: love the people of 2600, I smile
every time I walk in!
Hardest movement to get: there have been a few that have
taken a LONG time to get (1 year for
pull ups!) I struggle most with anything heavy.
Most looking forward to about Regionals: I’m looking forward
to everything at Regionals! Competing and watching the rest of the competition.
We have such a cool team and our preparation has been great so I can’t wait to
get out there and have fun.

followed by teh challenges every WOD brings
Favourite thing about 2600: the friendly staff, the
friendships I have developed and the intense programs
Hardest movement to get: muscle ups!
Most looking forward to about Regionals: I’m so excited!
This is my first crossfit games experience so I am looking forward to the
atmosphere, the competition and the overall experience of the three days.
