How long have you been doing CrossFit?: Since Birchy got me into it, about five years.
What’s your favourite thing about CrossFit?: Always having a challenge or a goal to reach. Im also a really hot human, I generate a huge amount of bodyheat so that it is legal to take my shirt of each workout is great.
What’s your favourite thing about 2600?: The lost property bin, and the members.
What was the hardest movement for you to get?: I can’t handstand walk
What are you most looking forward to about Regionals?: Nothing beats the atmosphere – helps you push that bit harder
