“Bodyweight Deadlift Cindy”
20 minute AMRAP:
1 x BW Deadlift
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

  1. Ahh....this was my first ever class: Fight Gone Bad at Christmas time 2010.

    I had a PB that day with one minute max calories on the rower. I managed one whole calorie. Good effort .
