  1. Hope everyone is coming to the nutrition talk on saturday. I've lost nearly 9 Kgs now just following the zone - and the crossfit workouts and training with the PIP machine !!!!!! Its works so well our 15 year old daughter now comes to Crossfit with donny and myself. I make zone meals and zone snacks for the girls to take to school. See you there !!!!Lucy
