  4. Got it one Chrissy! Not only did I start with burpees but I finished up with them too. Who needs strict presses, lunges, SDHP, & sit ups when you can do burpees?!

    Snipes - I was lucky to get away with not having to do burpees for being late this time. Apparently, you're not supposed to put a KB down with straight legs & a rounded back?!
