A- Bodyweight Fran
21-15-9
Burpees
Pullups

B- 1 x 400m Plate run (20kg/10kg)

  1. What about this for a Saturday WOD? Clearly not an original idea but sounds like it could be fun (and I use the term fun very loosely).

    Kings
    In teams go through as many cards from the deck as possible in 20min:
    Hearts = Squats x 2
    Spades = Push Ups
    Diamonds = Jumping Pull Ups x 2
    Clubs = Sit ups
    Face Cards = Burpees
