Tuesday 5th April

12 minute AMRAP:
6 Handstand Pushups
9 Squat Clean (60kg/40kg)
12 Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg)

  1. I'll be glad when these crossfit games are over, as the training has been punishing. Good luck to all who have been working towards the competition and heres looking forward to the end of the suffering for those not!!
