20 Plate Raise Sit-ups (20/10kg)
10 Prowler Trips (15kg)
Classic photo. What a great start to the Open today. Some world class numbers from Pip and Mikey with 119 and 135 resectively and some world class cheering from the members. Lets hope for a nice 1km jog next week.
