Well team the dust has settled and we have Michael in the Mens, Kai/Sacky/Beno/Pip/Amelia/Tina in the teams at the Australian Regionals May 18th-20th. Get your accomadation sorted it is an amazing weekend. Go 2600!!!

Workout of the day

Tuesday 27th March

20 minute AMRAP:
In pairs . . .
50 Kettlebell Swings
Run 400m (with KB)
1 Rope Climb

    1 I don't like team activities
    2. Don't like running that much let alone with a KB!
    3. Ropes are only good for tying things
    So needless to say there was no way I was going to do this WOD. One element of this WOD would of been tolerable,but 3 together no way :)
