  2. More of these types of workouts 20 to. 25 cardi with weights. We don't do enough heart pumping sessions in my opinion and I'm not one of the super fit ones so need these types to build my fitness up

We make our programming as balanced as possible to improve all aspects of our memebers fitness equally, we ran a programming workshop detailing this after the Open, if you missed it and have any questions on why we program like we do and how to get the most out of your training in relation to your individual goals come grab me or one of our trainers.     1. It got serious for me too - two magc reps at 35kgs but is there a photo of that?! Negative! I'd better lift more heavy shit so they can put a proper photo up :-)
